Article 6(1)(.b) of the Rules of Procedure.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations provided for therein.

Sightseeing Experience srl declares that the treatment is to be considered with an indefinite date as it will continue to keep it alive in order to continue its activity. Sightseeing Experience srl also undertakes to delete the data once the purposes of the collection have been achieved.

Personal data may be accessible and processed by the data controller's employees and collaborators in their capacity as data controllers or data controllers, as well as by any third parties, appointed external data controllers, who support the Data Controller in the management of the website and booking management software; the data will not be disseminated.
